Unlike other products on the market, PH DOWNIt is not a simple acid but a true balanced blend of organic acids and regulators able to stabilize the pH and regularize the calcium level consistently over time (particularly useful in the case of harsh water). It is used during the preparation of the nutrient solution to decrease the pH and remains stable until the solution is replaced. That's why it doesn't just need occasional corrections.
