Every day in Italy suffering citizens of various diseases use cannabis to maintain or achieve a qualitatively dignified level of life. They have common names, current jobs, every age and come from all over the peninsula. They're men and women, they're our friends and family. In this book are collected the stories of some of these people, because despite cannabis being a medicine with well-known quality and with still unknown potential and all to develop and despite this plant, since 2007, it has been recognized as therapeutic, nowadays the majority of patients still find numerous difficulties to access this remedy. The aim of this research is to analyse the current situation and to propose solutions that focus the health policies of our country.
