A defective article will be replaced according to availability during periodic reassociation. The warranty is valid only for items not damaged intentionally and used under normal conditions. The normal wear of the materials, the coating, the zips and also, compensations for damages achieved, are to be considered out of warranty. The guarantee item will only have to be cleaned and sent back to us, so then we will replace it.
